Antonovich Brothers sold their fur designs to the finest women's boutique shops and department stores throughout the United States, Japan, and Western Europe.
Antonovich Brothers launch the first campaign to sell from their fur factory directly to these consumers at below department store prices -- a stroke of marketing genius now copied by most fur merchants. Antonovich Brothers are the first to open its fur factory showroom on Sundays -- a practice now almost universal in the Greater New York Area with most retailers.

Antonovich Brothers ushers in a new era of print and radio advertising, offering its furs at great prices in glamorous, elegantly produced display advertising.

Antonovich Brothers launches another trend setting ad campaign -- this time on television, making Antonovich a household word. First fur retailers to use television.

Antonovich Brothers launches a campaign to create "knowledgeable consumers" with a series of booklets advising women on fur purchases and fur care.

Antonovich Antonovich created the first fur singing TV commercial, "Ah . . . Antonovich! A fur just for me!"

Antonovich Brothers success is so overwhelming that David and Daniel devote their entire business to manufacture and sales directly to the consumer, with total gross sales of $39 million and nine stores.

In April 1987, the company, in order to meet its expanding needs, went public and sold 754,000 shares to the investing public, using the monies for expansion.

Antonovich Brothers In July 1989 sold majority shares to a group of Canadian fur investors.

Antonovich Brothers purchased back the Antonovich trademarks and in 1996 opened the largest fur showroom with the greatest selection of furs, leathers and shearlings in America! (There is also a fur showroom in Manhattan, N.Y.)
